Description
Hello,
I have some trouble figuring out how to extract the masks for the whole, part, sub-part of objects (as shown in figures 3 and 4 of the paper).
This was also asked in #144 but it was not answered.
Can you please explain how to do this?
Thank you in advance!

Research direction
The entry point named is SamAutomaticMaskGenerator, and the requested behavior is shown in figures 3 and 4 of the paper. Start by comparing those figures with the repository’s example notebooks and the unanswered #144 discussion. Document whether the whole, part, and sub-part masks can be extracted and provide a concrete explanation that matches the observed behavior.
