Possible to not have to use consecutive prompts for similar images?

Hi, I wish to use SAM to help with road segmentation purposes and was wondering if it is possible to only have to specify one prompt (point on road) and continue to segment this road across consecutive similar images (i.e. from a camera feed), without having to constantly add a prompt for the road. Is this functionality already included in SAM?

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. First determine whether SAM supports carrying a point prompt across consecutive camera images; done would be a documented answer or a clearly scoped implementation plan.
