Version uploads for models is not versioned for locobot

## Description

When trying to upload a new locobot/models/perception folder onto s3, the fetch_aws_models script wasn't downloading the uploaded tarball. This may have something to do with how the checksums are not included in the paths for the tarball files.

## Steps to reproduce

Upload new locobot model tarballs and download them. The newly uploaded tarballs aren't downloaded.
