Implementation of Adaptive Sampling

Hi, thank you for sharing this great work!

In the paper, it is mentioned that **_adaptive sampling_** was used in online-setting.

When going through the code, I only found the part related to the confidence threshold, but I couldn’t locate the adaptive sampling implementation.

Could you please let me know if this part is included in the repository, or if it was implemented separately?
