Apache license copy, please

I'm an author of QuaRot. https://github.com/spcl/QuaRot

Thanks for attributing your work to ours: I see that you have followed this part of the Apache license `(b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices stating that You changed the files` in files where you have copied our work.

However the Apache license also states that

`(a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or Derivative Works a copy of this License;`

whilst you replace our Apache license with a non-commercial one. You are free to license your own work in whatever way you wish, but you must provide users with a copy of the Apache license for all derivative works.
