Test config on sth-sth-v2

Thank you for your repo, Here I have two questions:
1. I want to know the config of the test result on sth-sth-v2 (top1 accuracy slowfast 63.0,multigrid 63.5). How to set up "NUM_ENSEMBLE_VIEWS" and "NUM_SPATIAL_CROPS"? Both set to 1 or "NUM_ENSEMBLE_VIEWS=2, NUM_SPATIAL_CROPS=3"?
2. As I known, there is no lable of sth-sth-v2 test set. I should generate the documents(.csv) needed for testing, and then upload to the official website to get topk accuracy. Is there any test code to generate this file(.csv) for sth-sth-v2?
