Reproduce Table 4 in `multigrid` paper

Hi --

I'm interested in reproducing the single-GPU training experiment described in Table 4 of the [multigrid paper](https://arxiv.org/pdf/1912.00998.pdf). Are you able to give pointers to the code / configuration that was used to run that experiment? Specifically -- did that experiment use this repo or did it use the (older?) [video-nonlocal-net](https://github.com/facebookresearch/video-nonlocal-net) repo?
