Feature Request: Add Lens/Radial Distortions

Thank you for his great package. It would be nice to add lens [distortion](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Distortion_(optics)) to image transforms.

## Motivation

In image augmentation, lens distortion can sometimes be valuable. Spesifically, two separate classes can be added to `image.transforms` for pincushion and barrel distortions.


Start by reading the image.transforms entry point and the linked optics distortion reference to understand the requested transformation. Done means image.transforms exposes separate pincushion and barrel distortion classes with behavior matching the illustrated request; the issue does not name tests or specific files.
