We have a Sender algorithm [`unstoppable`](https://github.com/facebookexperimental/libunifex/blob/main/include/unifex/unstoppable.hpp), but no specs or docs exist for it in [api_reference.md](https://github.com/facebookexperimental/libunifex/blob/main/doc/api_reference.md). Could we add some?
