Predicted and Actuals Not Matching

Hello,

As seen below, all R-squared values are extremely low and no matter what I've done (increasing iterations/trials, changing hyperparameters, adding more variables), it will not get much higher than this. More importantly, while the trend for predicted somewhat matches actuals, the spikes and dips are not accurately being reflected in the predicted chart. Please see attached and let me know how I can fix this to achieve a more robust model.
