RFC: Code for integration zstd into node.js

I created a PR for integrating zstd into node.js (https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/52100). I wanted to give a heads up about this work, mostly in case there's concerns with the way it's exposed in node or if the docs are misleading (https://github.com/jkrems/node/blob/zstd/doc/api/zlib.md).
