Not able to install watchman using brew in MacOs

When try to install watchman getting this error
kindly suggest anyone
Followed below steps:-
> brew update
> brew install watchman
i think this xcode-select is huge size not sure is this mandatory to install? do we have alternative ?
Please help.
node version: - v14.15.3
npm version:- 6.14.9
OS:- MacOs Catalina
