watchman doesn't work

Hi，
I am new to watchman.
I have installed watchman 4.9.0 on my linux server.
Here is my linux sever info:

I am trying to watch a folder.
But after I changed files or delete files in that folder. I cannot get any log is this file:
/usr/local/var/run/watchman/carol-state/log

I also tried watchman trigger, but only get the following log:
2020-12-14T17:41:07,966: [trigger test123 /var/lib/jenkins/workspace/docs-pbx/en] input_json: sending json object to stm

Can you help?
