Unable to run Watchman after changing user home directory for a external drive

Description
In macOS after I change the user home folder directory for a external drive, watchman stop working giving [cli] unable to talk to your watchman on /usr/var/run/local/watchman/myusername-state/sock!
I'm have already try a lot things that a found for this error, but anyone work.
I hope anyone can help me with this issue, thanks in advance.
