Description
Is there a way to set the [settle](https://facebook.github.io/watchman/docs/config.html#settle) on invokation?
The work-around (I guess?) is to create a `.watchmanconfig` file in the root (or modify it if the user has one) when they start [onedrivejs/onedrive](https://github.com/onedrivejs/onedrive), but that seems... gross?
