Watchman installation failed using brew command on apple mac m3 chip

Description
I am using apple mac m3 chip. For react native development I am installing the watchman by following this steps:
1. brew update
2. brew install watchman
It automatically fetching all the supporting downloads but when it comes to python 3.12 automatically failed.
Homebrew: 4.3.2
Node version: 18.16.1
Npm version: 9.5.1
