Unplugin Build speed and cachePath

### Describe the feature request

We're starting to suffer from build performance (roughly 9k components) and having had a poke about the code base we've noted there is a cachePath. Would it be useful to expose this to the unplugin so vite dev and prod build could benefit from caching? We've not fully explored what its use is, but dont see are files appearing in the default cache folder, so would be interested to understand if wiring it in would be beneficial?
