a tool for fast generation of a DB used for benchmark?

Description
as titled, it seems we are lack of a tool for fast large db instance generation (i.e. via bulkloading) which using the same `KeyGenerator` in `db_bench` or `memtablerep_bench`. Is it any plan to provide such tool?
And I've found the `KeyGenerator` appeared at both `db_bench` or `memtablerep_bench`.
