Benchmark for external sst file injection efficiency

Hey there, do we have any benchmark numbers around external sst file injection, compared with write batches? We want to evaluate the benefit of creating external sst files to speed up the RocksDB restoration process, and would like to know whether there are already existing work covering that. So far I don't see any related benchmark in the `db_bench`.
