Independent seasonality and holiday modes

I've encountered a situation where the impacts of holidays and seasonality are not necessarily aligned (at least in theory). It's a rather minimal code change to support a `holiday_mode` in addition to the `seasonality_mode` parameter of the model. I'd like to submit a pull request if the team things it would be of interest to other users.
