Error during processing. Communication error on send.

TLDR;

I am using Prophet 1.1.1 on Ubuntu 20.04 and Python 3.9 and 3.10.

For both versions I sometimes have an error during fit and cross validation:

cmdstanpy - ERROR - Chain [1] error: error during processing Communication error on send
```

But then it quickly recoups and the processing goes on without any issues.

It seems to happen arbitrarily and I tested it on a Dell laptop and on an ASUS desktop. Both with ubuntu and the same issue in both.

Any help would be appreciated.
