fbprophet using trend and seasonality from out there

Hello! Is it possible to add trend and seasonality from external source? Like I calculated some prediction using data from 2020-01-01 till 2022-10-01 and now I whant to make prediction using that trend and seasonality on history data from 2022-09-01 till 2022-10-01, can I connect them?
I need it to take into account global trend and yearly seasonality when predict on short data.
