How to interpret the value of holiday effect in Prophet?

I'm using FBProphet for forecasting the COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. But, I don't understand the meaning of every prophet component.
When I predict the value of covid-19 cases it decomposes by trend, weekly, and some holiday. But what is the meaning of value from each component? e.g the holiday value is 5, is that mean that on the day of holiday covid-19 case equal to 5? can someone explain about it ? Thanks
