Relocate Litho dependencies in a location other than JCenter.

We'd like to be able to remove our dependency on jcenter, [as it has been deprecated by Jfrog](https://blog.gradle.org/jcenter-shutdown). The company decided to keep _current_ jcenter downloads available indefinitely, so we're OK for now, but I assume additional updates for Litho will come from maven central (or similar?).

## Issues and Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: Create sample app that targets Android 12. Remove jcenter() from repositories in build.gradle file(s).
1. Add dependencies (above) to gradle.
2. Sync gradle or rebuild

## Expected Behavior
Litho dependencies are found and downloaded.
