Bug: Not able to use ColorPicker inside FloatingToolbar

# Reproduce Step
- Using Floating Toolbar
- Inside Floating toolbar using Font Color Format example from @lexical/playground
- While using Color Picker, I am not able to move the cursor
- While clicking anywhere inside input or on blank area of ColorPicker, its closing the entier FloatingToolbar
- Clicking on fixed provided colored button works fine

# Help needed
- The Toolbar shouldn't be closing when clicking on Input inside ColorPicker, or even clicking the blank area inside the ColorPicker
- The cursor should be draggable
