Bug: cursor size does not align with font-size

type anything and make font-size bigger.

In the next paragraph, the cursor is still small. And when you type the font-size still remains big, making the cursor bigger, thus creating a inconsistent feeling for the user.

Reproduce the issue in https://playground.lexical.dev/ by increasing the font size, moving to the next paragraph, and typing. Compare the cursor size before and after typing and verify that the cursor and inserted text remain visually consistent with the selected font size.
