Bug: problem with emojies in rtl texts

hi, I have a problem with emojies. When text starts with emoji editor behave to it like ltr but the text is an rtl text

is there any way to fix this?

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First reproduce the behavior in the editor with RTL text beginning with an emoji, then locate the text-direction handling involved and compare the result with RTL text that does not begin with an emoji. Done means the text keeps the expected RTL direction when its first character is an emoji.
