Bug: No link popup appears on Android - Cannot edit, remove, or navigate

Lexical version: playground.lexical.dev (0.10.0?)

## Steps To Reproduce

1. Tap a link in Android, or navigate to it by swiping left/right on the keyboard to move caret
2. Link popup dialog does not appear

## The current behavior

Links cannot be edited, removed, or clicked on Android

## The expected behavior

All of these functionalities should work on Android - they are integral to any modern editor
