Description
Re-opening [this bug](https://github.com/facebook/infer/issues/660), which was closed without being fixed. `--skip-analysis-in-path` doesn't have any effect no matter how the path argument is given, none of `dir`, `"dir"`, `"dir/*"`, or `"dir/."` (as per the linked post) have any effect.
