Warning message when flow is parsing large json files

I love flow + all the normal niceties!

Glad we that got out of the way! :) Now time for a simple and powerful bug report.

I just had a miserable time with flow being slow as f***. Turns out i added a large json file which slow down flow startup time. Flow should not parse json files over a certain limit i think. A simple warning message in the console log would have saved me a lot of time! I actually thought of moving to typescript before i found the issue.

For Example:

"foo.js is too large. Skipping ... (check out myawesomeconfigparam for editing this behaiviour)"
