Description
Publish a Language Grammar specification.
[Typescript is doing this](https://github.com/Microsoft/TypeScript/blob/master/doc/spec.md#A) and it helps language syntax developers for different editors and IDEs to be able to reliably build a syntax highlighter for the flow flavor of javascript. (see bathos/Ecmascript-Sublime#28)
