Description
Hello, I have seen two little issues in the italian language, using "wit.ai".
-The hour with a dot form (e.g. "11.30") is not completely recognized: it is recognized just "11.00"
-If I wrote "martedì prossimo" ( next Tuesday), it is not recognized the correct date: if today is 28 March 21, it is recognized 6 April in place of 30 March.
Thank you :-)
I hope I can write here.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Italian time input "11.30" and "martedì prossimo" in Duckling, noting the recognized values against the expected results. Done means both forms produce the correct time or date for the stated examples, with behavior checked using the project’s language engine and testing tooling.
