now this Monday equals Next Monday ?

Description
It seems now "This Monday " equals "Next Monday"
Assume today is Friday (2018-12-14), when I say "This Monday" , I mean "2018-12-10"
and "Next Monday " is "2018-12-17"
how can I do to change this behavior?
