[Bug] Spinner wobble in iOS

Visit https://astryx.atmeta.com/components/Spinner in iOS safari browser.

### Environment

#### iPhone details

Model Name - iPhone 15 pro
iOS Version - 26.6
Safari - 26.6

Reproduce the wobble at the Spinner documentation URL using iOS Safari, then locate the Spinner component implementation and review its browser-specific behavior. Done means the Spinner renders without wobbling in the reported iOS Safari environment while preserving its expected animation elsewhere.
