Setup an Open Collective

Noticed Patreon mention [today on Hacker News](https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=21522522), and thought that you might be interested in setting up the organizational account instead on one of the sponsorship platforms. [Open Collective](https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=21522522) is one of the such platforms, that is [open source itself](https://github.com/opencollective), and mainly exists to support open source projects as well.
