GitHub artifacts are not really public | Benchmark Dashboard Results

Since #73 was merged, I start implementing take url from queries and parsing zip to get compare.

But there was a problem, As I can understand, GitHub Artifacts are public for GitHub Users.

So when I try to download a artifact from client-side localhost, a CORS error, then a temporary redirect, then fail.

Might we can download artifact in CI then upload somewhere, then use somelike id or cdn url.

Before implement something, I want to ask how we can move on.
