Notifications are not working on Snack

running this snack on my device, the scheduled notifications don’t come through, but if I run the same code through expo-cli (same version of expo-notifications installed) they come through fine

oh you know what, I think this has to do with how we’re scoping the notifications

Start by reproducing the linked Snack on a device and compare its scheduled notifications with the same code run through expo-cli, using the reported expo-notifications version. Investigate the suspected notification scoping behavior; done means scheduled notifications arrive in Snack as they do through expo-cli.
