Template shadcn is not working

**Describe the bug**
Using the shadcn template is not working.

**To Reproduce**
1. open new terminal in VSCode
2. paste command in terminal 'npx create-expo-app -e with-shadcn'

**Expected behavior**
Create a new project with a template containing the setup for shadcn

**Additional context**
Problem occurs before project is created so no browser or smartphone information added. Occurs on Windows 11 Home.

Start by reproducing `npx create-expo-app -e with-shadcn` in a new Windows 11 VSCode terminal and inspect the shadcn template setup used by the command. Done means the command creates a new project containing the shadcn setup without failing before project creation.
