with-html issue

Description
**Describe the bug**
as soon as I clone `with-html` example, and run it using npm or yarn, I gives me this error.
It's my first project using expo, so I am struggling trying to use the same things as web.
It gives the same error for web, my mobile phone(MI 9t), emulator.
