Concern about current state of "exoplanet" maintenance

I started going through the tutorials and am finding very quickly that there seems to be some staleness in the code.

I have tried to use a number of astronomy packages over the past couple of years where the design was fantastic but the authors had not been able to keep the code current. The resulting rabbit holes have proved un-productive.

Before I spend time back-leveling my environment, I would like to know if you have the intention of bringing your code forward in the near term. I'm not complaining because I know how much time and resources can be consumed in maintaining a complex system like "exoplanet", I would like your opinion as to where things are likely to go.

By the way, I love the concepts.
