[Responsiveness] Issue with exercise list on track about page

Description
Exercises with long blurbs (?) look ugly on the about page of a track when I am logged out and in mobile (e.g. https://exercism.lol/tracks/javascript).
When I look at the page that shows all exercises, everything looks good because there the text is truncated.
