Description
In PR https://github.com/exercism/r/pull/416#issuecomment-3838053729 there was a suggestion that `vectors` should be moved up before `booleans`.
Currently non-obvious how we do this? The question should certainly be revisited once more of the syllabus is in place, and we can see how it fits together.
