Description
As discussed:
- Three tabs ("Instructions", "Scratchpad", "Guidance"). The data for the second two will be provided by the API in the same format as on mentoring page
- A vertical divide on the RHS that works in the same way as the mentoring page for Scratchpad/Guidance (with "Instructions" following the same format as "Guidance"). The bottom contains both the radio buttons and the textarea
- Remove "Remember, you can edit this feedback anytime after submission"
- Move "Preview & Submit" button into the form footer.
- Remove half-pixels (e.g. in the image below). Keep spacing in line with the 8,10,12,16,20,etc range used elsewhere
