Description
- Add a flag on their user (maybe "banned_from_mentoring)until")
- Convert buttons to be unavailable (maybe reusing some of the logic about whether someone has any free slots or not)?
- Ensure if they go directly to the page it doesn't work.
- Add a notice on the mentoring tab saying "You are banned from requesting mentoring until xxx"
