Description
The test runner limits the possible use of PHP modules in students code to what it has available. But there is no documentation, neither here nor in the PHP track documentation.
- [x] Compile the list of modules from CI output (remove "accidentally supported modules" like PDO)
- [x] Put the list into README here
- [ ] exercism/php#998
