Description
The [deploy.yml workflow](https://github.com/exercism/free-pascal-test-runner/blob/main/.github/workflows/deploy.yml) is failing in free-pascal-test-runner
The `build-and-push-image` job errors with:
> Error: buildx failed with: ERROR: failed to build: failed to solve: failed to push exercism/free-pascal-test-runner:latest: push access denied, repository does not exist or may require authorization: server message: insufficient_scope: authorization failed
