Description
It seems the CI sometimes fail when checking that the exercises with the `elm-test-runner`, [like here](https://github.com/exercism/elm/actions/runs/3619043181/jobs/6099844378) and [here](https://github.com/exercism/elm/actions/runs/3676125639/jobs/6216380470).
At he moment, it's not clear what the problem is, or how frequent the failures are because the CI check is very new.
