How-to Docs: Implement a test case generator

I don't have details on this but it was mentioned by @ErikSchierboom or @iHiD that it would be good to write down some general advice about how to create a generator and that it might not be as hard as one might think. That means potentially more tracks could benefit from having a generator if there would be better docs on how to create one.
