Description
While mentoring C# solutions, I noticed they had mentoring notes created for a lot of their exercises. Examples here: https://github.com/exercism/website-copy/tree/master/tracks
I think it would be beneficial if we added those too. I think I'll start making PRs into `website-copy` to include mentoring notes for dart.
