Maintainer bios: normalize to first person

Currently, there's only one maintainer with a bio and it's fairly generic. Kytrinyx had an [issue](https://github.com/exercism/discussions/issues/182) opened to suggest changing the bios to first person because:
> it feels more friendly/human and less corporate/official

Since that has been back burnered on her end, I figured I'd ask @exercism/dart whether any of you would be willing to update your bios to first person or add a bio that is written in first person.
